We have developed over 100 different products such as e-commerce systems, mobile banking, loyalty management mobile applications, human resource management systems, ERP systems, online platforms for ticket sales, etc

We are looking for a Project Management / Business Analysis Team Lead.

Overview

Project Management / Business Analysis Team Lead is a member of the Management Team and ensures flawless execution of all types of software projects.

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and manage the Project Management team to achieve quality, timeline and resource goals.
Assess employee performance and provide clear and accurate feedback
Provide coaching assistance to team members
Pre-estimate projects in terms of timeline and resources
Assess and improve procedures related to Project management and Business analysis
Help resolve project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations
Participate in project planning/road mapping
Analyze and manage software projects

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience managing software projects of medium/large sizes and varying complexity and impact
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of Project Management / Business analysis methodologies
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Demonstrated understanding of all steps of software development lifecycle
Can give presentations and trainings to team members

It will be a plus if you:

Have excellent knowledge of Software project management / Business analysis tools, including Slack, Jira, Wireframing softwares, etc.
Have an experience in recruitment process
Are familiar with software development processes and core principles
